It has been six years since I first started practicing meditation and yoga.  I started with the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and have been hooked ever since.

Because I firmly believe in flexi self-care I have needed to find yoga and mediation resources that I can use at any time and in any place.  I don’t do well with rigid schedules as they tend to cause me more stress.

While I do enjoy attending live yoga classes, I have come to really appreciate the yoga and meditation classes I find online.  I am able to be guided by skilled teachers and I can do it from the comfort of my home, without the stress of commuting and parking (which has been very nice this blizzardy winter).
