Learning how to meditate can change your life!

Some of the benefits for me have included; reduced stress and anxiety, increased appreciation for what I have, more intense pleasure and better relationships.

Perhaps the most important benefit has been the positive impact it has had on my self-esteem and self-confidence.

As a mindfulness teacher I often hear the first 5 excuses for reasons not to meditate.  I later hear the reasons to try from the people who stick with it and practice regularly:)
